Well WA State opener was a ball , I shot a limit of Wrangler Island Snow geese with my good buddy Scott along with some ducks later in the day and one Rooster pheasant at N.S.W .

There was plenty of shooting going on with a lot of Teal harvested in conjunction with Wigeon, Pintails and a sprinkeling of Mallards as the main ducks being harvested in northwestern WA. We had some Shovelers and Speckel Bellies as the minority  suprise birds. The weather was steady on and off rain with over cast wind 1 mph out of the north in the morning then picking up at mid day. Toward the late afternoon we had the sky brake and the clouds rolled back with some stunning rainbows as Gods signature on an awesome day!
The second day was steady action for hunters until about 4:30 5 o'clock then things shut way down to nothing like a swtch was shut off. It was an excellent weekend painted with tons of Gods glories. Grin

Isn't it wonderful to be outdoors!  So many people miss out on this.

Your boys are getting big!
