On your hails your standing on that first note too long and you are pushing into it instead of hitting it.
Your notes sound thin but hard to tell the sound file I could barley hear it. You need to open your throat when calling this will increase the fullness of your note and increase volume be able to hit it harder verses with your tongue up front increasing air velocity making the pitch higher and not fuller sounding.
When you start your hails stand on the first note for a second then proceed come down smooth taking your bigger notes and gradually pushing them closer together then tucking them in at the end clean. Avoid falling off in your hails and repeating notes.
Lead into your feed and tail out maintain absolute control and flow with a minimum of one hen in the middle.
On your step up don't be lazy in the first, second or third string you want to simulate losing the birds and you are about to get on them make sure though they are three separate ducks just close together what I mean is you don't want to sound like you are climbing a musical scale.
Your triple topper you need to punch that first note and keep your strings controlled and equal coming down further on the 3rd.
Finally make sure you finish all your hens through out your routine.
In closing most important is clean and call control!

I hope this helps..
