I have never used the motorized kind but I have used an air lucky in my spread. I really didnt see alot of differenc in duck numbers. As far as ethical or not I am not sure where I stand on this. Me personally I am out shoot ducks when I go of course, but to kill as many as possible is not my main objective. I am a weekend hunter literally, and I think it would be a waste of money to purchase something that will probably be outlawed eventually anyway. Just my opion.

Im kind with you. Im a weekend hunter but Its good for people like you and me.We don\'t kill  
limit after limit. I hunt in the lower mississippi most of the time they don\'t early in the morning great after that we pull it out and then right before dark stick back in. It seem to me if it help me bring one duck it done its job and made me are even a kid on is first time happy and keep hunting. it good and bad.:S
